Kindness is one of those little things in life that can go a long way. I find it refreshing and inspiring that Random Acts of Kindness Day is two days after Valentineβs Day. It is one day that can easily be stretched into everyday and is rooted in love. Kindness is something we desperately need more of, inside of local communities as well as outside. In honor of this need along with this devoted day, here are:

Hold doors open for others
Donate clothes or toys
Donate coloring books to a children's hospital
Park in the back of the lot when there are spots up close
Hold the elevator
Say good morning to everyone
Put a thank you card out/snack for mail person/UPS/AMAZON
Donate to an animal shelter
Leave a lucky penny (heads up) where ever you go
Make a baked good and drop it to a neighbor
Send holiday cards to a nursing home
Leave money taped to a vending machine
Volunteer at a local shelter
Let someone go ahead of you inline
Donate used books to a library or school
Leave 100% tip (even if it's on $2)
Drop coffee/donuts off to first responders
Help someone who needs it
Pick up litter in a park/street/area
